ABC Systems is a Kenyan business technology company. ABC stands for Anything Business Computing, and it is meant literally: a business with any technology need starts here.
Why we exist
Most businesses end up with a different supplier for every piece of technology they own, and nobody responsible for the whole.
A website from one supplier, a till from another, marketing from a third. Each of them does their part. None of them is accountable for whether the business actually works better afterwards, and when something breaks between two of them, it is the owner who has to work out whose problem it is.

How we work

We handle the projects ourselves and bring in trusted specialists when a project calls for it. Either way, you work with ABC Systems from start to finish.
- We start with the problem
- Not with a package. What is slowing the business down decides what gets built or supplied, and sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need what you came in asking for.
- We quote before we start
- The price and what it covers are agreed in writing before any work begins. Where the final figure depends on what we find, we say so and say what changes it.
- We stay responsible
- Your agreement is with ABC Systems, including where a trusted specialist does part of the work. If something needs attention, there is one company to come to.
